Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of gene engineering, in particular to GmMMP1 protein interacting with soybean mosaic virus protein and a gene of the GmMMP1 protein, in particular to a method for improving resistance of soybeans to soybean mosaic viruses and application of the GmMMP1 protein, the GmMMP1 gene is cloned, a plant over-expression vector and a knockout vector are constructed, and transgenic soybeans are obtained by combining a soybean genetic transformation technology; the disease resistance phenotype of a plant proves that the soybean matrix metalloproteinase gene GmMMP1 can improve the disease resistance of soybeans to soybean mosaic viruses; the GmMMP1 is proved to be possibly interacted with 6K1 and HC-Pro proteins of the soybean mosaic virus in a yeast system; an important gene resource is provided for cultivating a new soybean variety with high soybean mosaic virus resistance through a molecular technical means, and the method has wide application potential for enhancing soybean
