Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-dispersity polishing solution for BAK-4 optical prism fine polishing and a preparation method thereof.By strictly controlling the solid-to-liquid ratio, the reaction temperature and the reaction time of abrasive particles and branched polyethyleneimine, the branched polyethyleneimine is modified on the surfaces of the abrasive particles; and a small amount of polyacrylic acid-polyoxyethylene with a special molecular segment structure is introduced into the polishing solution, so that particle size distribution concentration of abrasive particles in the polishing solution and elimination of agglomerated large particles are realized, the surface of a polished part cannot be scratched, and the application prospect is good.
