Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a high-tensile-strength red phosphorus flame-retardant polyamide composite material capable of not igniting a glow wire at 850 DEG C. The high-tensile-strength red phosphorus flame-retardant polyamide composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30 to 60 percent of polyamide, 0 to 40 percent of filling component, 5 to 20 percent of microencapsulated red phosphorus flame-retardant master batch, 0.5 to 10 percent of multiwalled carbon nanotube, 1 to 10 percent of flame-retardant synergist, 0.1 to 1 percent of lubricant and 0.1 to 1 percent of antioxidant. According to the present invention, the material can meet the requirement of no ignition in the whole glowing filament test process of the material at 850 DEG C on the basis of the 960 DEG C GWFI test, has high tensile strength (more than 192 MPa), and can be widely used in the fields of electronics, structural materials, aerospace, automobile industry and the like.
