The invention provides a preparation method of a rubber expansion joint of a condenser of a nuclear power plant, which utilizes the catalytic action of bis-(gamma-(triethoxysilyl) propyl)-disulfide and p-toluenesulfonic acid to enable ethylene propylene diene monomer to form a hyperbranched polymer, and chemical crosslinking is formed between the hyperbranched polymer and nylon, so that the interfacial strength of the hyperbranched polymer and the nylon is enhanced; and the compatibility and interfacial force of the ethylene propylene diene monomer and nylon are improved.
