Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses fiber-free composite toughened and reinforced ultra-high performance concrete and a preparation method. The fiber-free composite toughened and reinforced ultra-high performance concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 620 to 780 parts of cement, 50 to 130 parts of silica fume, 200 to 280 parts of limestone powder, 140 to 180 parts of a composite toughening material, 950 to 1050 parts of river sand, 6.5 to 7.5 parts of a water reducing agent and 190 to 210 parts of water, wherein the composite toughening material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 35 to 45 parts of tetragonal phase zirconium dioxide, 70 to 90 parts of redispersible waterborne polyurethane powder and 35 to 45 parts of nano silicon dioxide. The ultra-high performance concrete prepared by the method is high in breaking strength and good in working performance.
