Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for comprehensively recycling lithium tail mud by optimizing a magnetic separation process, which belongs to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of tailing resources and comprises the following steps of slurry preparation and classification, vertical ring medium-magnetism impurity removal, vertical ring strong-magnetism rough separation, slurry strong-magnetism scavenging, superconducting strong-magnetism fine separation, middling ore grinding, superconducting strong-magnetism scavenging and solid-liquid separation. According to the method, a reasonable mineral separation technological process is selected according to the difference between the lepidolite in the lithium tail mud and other minerals in the aspects of physical and chemical properties such as composition, content, granularity, density, dissociation degree, specific susceptibility and settling velocity; original waste lithium tail mud is separated into three products, namely lepidolite concentrate capa
