Hippophae rhamnoides biotransformation extracting solution with anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation capabilities as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention provides a method for obtaining a hippophae rhamnoides biotransformation extracting solution with improved anti-inflammatory and/or antioxidant capacity by biotransforming hippophae rhamnoides by using a crushed microbial thallus mixture. The invention also relates to the hippophae rhamnoides biotransformation extracting solution prepared by the biotransformation method, and a pharmaceutical preparation and a cosmetic composition containing the hippophae rhamnoides biotransformation extracting solution.
