In this way, if it is detected that a security hole or a bug exists in a part of starting codes stored in the read-write memory in the chip production test stage, the codes with the security hole or the bug can be directly repaired without tape-out again; in addition, the write permission of the read-write memory can be controlled to be in a closed state in the production and delivery stage of the chip, so that the read-write memory cannot be implanted or tampered by malicious codes after the chip is produced and delivered. Therefore, compared with the traditional technology, the chip provided by the embodiment of the invention can save the development cost and the manufacturing cost of
