The invention provides a data processing device, a magnetic recording and reproducing device and a magnetic recording and reproducing system which can derive appropriate control conditions. According to one embodiment, a data processing apparatus includes an interface unit capable of acquiring partial data related to a control condition of a magnetic recording/reproducing apparatus, and a processing unit capable of processing the partial data. The processing unit is capable of deriving first data by processing the partial data using a first model on the basis of characteristics of the partial data. A first resolution of the first data is higher than a partial resolution of the partial data. The processing unit is capable of deriving second data by processing the partial data using a second model on the basis of the characteristics.
