The invention relates to a parking mechanism testing device, method and system. The device comprises a supporting piece which is used for being connected with a to-be-tested parking mechanism and controlling clamping connection of a parking pawl and a parking ratchet wheel in the to-be-tested parking mechanism, so that the to-be-tested parking mechanism is locked at a target parking gear; the sensor is connected with the supporting piece and used for being connected with the parking mechanism to be measured, measuring the output torque corresponding to the parking mechanism to be measured, obtaining real-time torque data and controlling the supporting piece to stop running when the real-time torque data reach a target torque value; the sensor is further used for being connected with a parking controller corresponding to the parking structure to be tested, so that the parking controller controls the parking mechanism to be tested to be unlocked at the target parking gear.
