Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a methane full-supercooling filling system in a liquid oxygen methane rocket filling system and further provides a methane full-supercooling filling method. In a liquid oxygen methane rocket filling system, by adopting the filling system provided by the invention, large-flow full supercooling of methane can be effectively realized through a backflow cooling mode, and the construction cost of the methane filling system can be reduced through the backflow cooling mode. The small subcooler is adopted, temperature is adjusted through small-flow backflow, then large-flow filling is started, the subcooler with the cooling capacity being 1-2 m < 3 >/min is adopted, and supercooled methane is filled into the storage box through the booster pump, so that the total supercooling capacity can reach 5-10 m < 3 >/min, and large-flow full-supercooling filling of methane is achieved.
