An anti-corrosion coating structure and a monitoring device are arranged on the outer wall of the wind power pile; the coating structure comprises an anti-corrosion paste layer, an anti-corrosion belt layer, a sealing buffer layer and a protective cover which are sequentially coated from inside to outside; the monitoring device comprises a protection cover monitoring module, a humidity monitoring module and a corrosion monitoring module, and sequentially realizes wrapping protection cover damage and impact monitoring, wrapping sealing buffer layer water seepage monitoring and wind power pile surface corrosion monitoring.
