The saccharomyces cerevisiae engineering strain can be used for producing p-coumaroyl-coenzyme A. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the saccharomyces cerevisiae engineering strain. The engineering strain disclosed by the invention can be used for synthesizing p-coumaroyl coenzyme A by taking L-tyrosine as a substrate.
