Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a heat pump system of a vehicle and a processing method based on the heat pump system, and relates to the technical field of vehicles, and the system comprises a first heat exchange circulation subsystem and a second heat exchange circulation subsystem; the first heat exchange circulation subsystem comprises a compressor, an indoor condenser and a battery cooler; the second heat exchange circulation subsystem comprises a battery cooler, an electric heater, a battery and a first electronic water pump; and the battery cooler can heat the battery through the second heat exchange circulation subsystem by utilizing the heat absorbed in the first heat exchange circulation subsystem.
