The Apa-PPNP (at) mPD-1 is used as a new dosage form for combined administration of a small-molecule inhibitor and a macromolecular inhibitor, apatinib and PD-1 protein can be precisely and jointly delivered to tumor tissues, the medicine is released in response to a tumor slightly acidic environment, the treatment effects of remarkably reducing tumor growth and effectively inhibiting pulmonary metastasis are achieved, meanwhile, toxic and side effects on normal tissues are also avoided, and the application prospect is wide.
