Disclosed herein are engineered cells and/or low immunogenic cells, including engineered cells and/or low immunogenic stem cells, engineered cells and/or low immunogenic cells differentiated therefrom, and engineered cells and/or low immunogenic CAR-T cells (primary or differentiated from engineered and/or low immunogenic stem cells), the present invention relates to engineered cells and/or low immunogen cells comprising reduced expression of one or more Y chromosome genes and reduced expression of MHC I and/or MHC II human leukocyte antigen molecules as well as over-expression of CD47, as well as related methods of their use and generation.
