Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a laser welding device and a welding method for aligning a laser irradiation position, the laser welding device for aligning the laser irradiation position comprising: a welding part which performs the welding by using a laser beam to form a joint surface and is provided with at least one nozzle part which accommodates a welding ball irradiated with the laser beam; and a monitoring portion disposed on one side of the welding portion and monitoring a position irradiated by the laser beam, in which an irradiation position of the laser beam irradiated from the welding portion is adjusted to irradiate to the nozzle portion or a center point of the solder ball according to a monitoring result of the monitoring portion. 本发明提供一种对准激光照射位置的激光焊接装置及焊接方法,对准激光照射位置的激光焊接装置包括:焊接部,利用激光束执行所述焊接而形成接合面,并且形成有收容被照射所述激光束的焊球的至少一个喷嘴部;以及监测部,布置在所述焊接部的一侧,监测所述激光束所照射的位置,其中,从所述焊接部照射的所述激光束的照射位置根据所述监测部的监测结果而被调节为照射到所述喷嘴部或所述焊球的中心点。
