The compensation device comprises a connecting flange, a panel supporting rod, a deflection ball head, a deflection adjusting seat, a deflection adjusting rod, a deflection fixing seat, a translation adjusting rod, a translation locking screw rod and a translation locking nut. Relative deformation of the unit panels is generated by adjusting the panel supporting rods to jack or pull the spliced sub mirror panels of the radio telescope at the joints of the panel supporting rods, and the effect of adjusting the surface shape of a single panel is achieved.
