Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a modified NASICON type solid electrolyte, composite solid electrolyte ceramic, a preparation method thereof and an all-solid-state battery, and relates to the technical field of all-solid-state batteries. According to the invention, a method of doping a bimetallic MOFs material with a solid electrolyte is adopted, and the NASICON type solid electrolyte inheriting the morphology of the bimetallic MOFs material is prepared. Meanwhile, the high-performance MOFs material composite NASICON type solid electrolyte ceramic is developed, the challenge faced by the existing material is expected to be solved, and the progress of the solid-state battery technology is promoted, so that energy storage and conversion equipment with higher energy density, higher safety and more lasting performance is realized.
