Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a porous ceramic surface roughness detection method and system based on image processing, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a surface image of porous ceramic, and carrying out the gray processing of the surface image, and obtaining a gray image of the surface image; generating a transverse characteristic spectrum and a longitudinal characteristic spectrum of the grayscale image, and respectively splitting the transverse characteristic spectrum and the longitudinal characteristic spectrum into transverse spectrum sub-blocks and longitudinal spectrum sub-blocks; calculating a transverse residual error corresponding to the transverse map sub-block, and calculating a longitudinal residual error corresponding to the longitudinal map sub-block; and fusing the transverse residual error and the longitudinal residual error, and determining the surface roughness of the porous ceramic according to the fused residual error information.
