Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a power transmission line risk forecasting method based on typhoon wind field statistical downscaling, and the method comprises the steps: initializing data which at least comprises the forecasting result of a mesoscale typhoon forecasting wind field, the topology of a power transmission system, the longitude and latitude of a power transmission tower, the actually measured wind speed of a meteorological station, the longitude and latitude of the meteorological station, and digital elevation model data; adopting a linear regression model to obtain a statistical downscaling model; downscaling the mesoscale typhoon forecast wind field at each transmission tower through a statistical downscaling model to obtain a microscale typhoon forecast wind speed field; and based on the mesoscale typhoon forecast wind field and the microscale typhoon forecast wind speed field, combining the vulnerability curve of the power transmission tower to obtain the risk forecast of the power transmission line.
