Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the technical field of oil field management and control, and provides a water injection optimization method and system based on self-adaptive differential evolution.The method comprises the steps that firstly, the daily average pressure and the daily average flow of a water injection well are utilized, and the daily water injection rate of a water injection manifold is obtained through fitting; when the daily water injection rate of the water injection manifold is fitted, a first objective function is established to meet the daily water injection rate and the daily injection allocation rate; based on self-adaptive differential evolution, the fitting of the daily water injection rate of the water injection manifold is optimized; then, fitting to obtain the pressure of the water injection manifold by using the daily average pressure of the water injection well; when the pressure of the water injection manifold is fitted, constructing a second objective function by taking the minimum dai
