The method comprises the following steps: acquiring production flow parameters corresponding to a production line and equipment related parameters of physical equipment; simulating the production process parameters and the equipment related parameters to obtain a digital twinborn model; and executing corresponding operation based on the digital twin model. According to the method, virtual-real synchronization and bidirectional data interaction between the physical entity and the digital twinborn body can be realized, a digital twinborn model is simulated based on related data corresponding to the production line, a manufacturing enterprise can be helped to realize higher production efficiency and lower cost, and the flexibility and adaptability of the production line are improved.
