The invention provides a water level and pressure signal data safety control method and system, and the method comprises the steps: setting a plurality of pore water pressure measurement points in a dam, and carrying out the measurement to obtain historical measurement data; determining segments with the water level change within a first threshold range and the duration time greater than a second threshold to obtain a plurality of effective segments; performing curve fitting to obtain a plurality of segmented curve sets; performing clustering to obtain a plurality of clusters with the same change trend; obtaining the same change trend cluster corresponding to the current water level; and detecting the pressure data curve of each acquisition point location in the same change trend cluster corresponding to the current water level, and if the similarity between the pressure data curve of the point location and other acquisition point locations in the cluster is smaller than a third threshold value, determining t
