Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of mass spectrometric detection, and particularly discloses a headspace liquid membrane microextraction method for enriching and detecting volatile substances. The method comprises the following steps: putting a water sample to be detected into an extraction bottle, sealing, and reserving a containing cavity at the top of the extraction bottle; the extraction bottle is treated, so that volatile substances in the to-be-detected water sample are diffused to the accommodating cavity; filling an injector with a flexible porous material, and loading an extraction agent onto the flexible porous material to form an extraction liquid film; a syringe is inserted into the extraction bottle, a needle head of the syringe is located in the containing cavity in the top, and a piston of the syringe is repeatedly pulled; and taking out the flexible porous material in the injector, adding an eluent, and performing elution and extrusion for multiple times to obtain an eluent for detection.
