Meanwhile, a small amount of liquid in the kettle is discharged from a needle valve at a liquid outlet, and the corrosion rate is calculated according to the measured total iron ion concentration in the liquid and the volume of the liquid in the kettle, so that the corrosivity of the liquid to be measured is evaluated.
