Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a control method, device and equipment of an air source heat pump system and a storage medium. The air source heat pump system comprises a plurality of heat pump units arranged in parallel. The method comprises the steps that when it is determined that at least one heat pump unit needs to be defrosted, whether a first target heat pump unit exists in the air source heat pump system or not is judged; wherein the first target heat pump unit is a heat pump unit of which the current shutdown duration exceeds the preset time; if yes, at least one heat pump unit is controlled to execute a defrosting action, and the first target heat pump unit operates in a heating mode; and if not, when it is determined that the other operated heat pump units can meet the heat needed in the defrosting process of the at least one heat pump unit, the at least one heat pump unit is controlled to execute the defrosting action, and the other operated heat pump units operate according to the target frequency.
