The self-adaptive hydrodynamic force adjusting system comprises a flow passage component, a monitoring module and a control module. Wherein the flow passage component comprises a rotating wheel and a rotating wheel chamber matched with the periphery of the rotating wheel; and a plurality of fin-shaped rectifying plates are arranged on the inner wall of the runner chamber, the current hydraulic parameters are monitored, the rectifying plate assemblies are adjusted by the adjusting system to optimize water flow, and the efficiency of the water turbine is improved. The ridge shape of the rectifying plate considers the annual average water flow velocity, water head and other parameters of the current water channel.
