Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for preparing zanthoxylum seed cellulose by using a superfine grinding assisted eutectic solvent. The method comprises the following steps: pretreating Chinese prickly ash seeds by adopting superfine grinding to obtain Chinese prickly ash seed superfine powder; treating the zanthoxylum bungeanum submicron powder by adopting a deep eutectic solvent system to obtain reaction slurry; separating the slurry, taking precipitate, cleaning and drying to obtain zanthoxylum bungeanum seed cellulose; wherein the deep eutectic solvent is preferably selected from a choline chloride-oxalic acid system, and the molar ratio of choline chloride to oxalic acid is 1: (2-3); when the eutecticevaporate solvent treatment is carried out, the material-liquid ratio of the Chinese prickly ash seed superfine powder to the eutecticevaporate solvent is 1: (15-30). The retention rate of cellulose in the zanthoxylum bungeanum seed cellulose obtained by the method provided by the invention is as high as 89%
