Comprising the steps of preparing a porous activated carbon material, preparing a polydopamine modified porous activated carbon material, preparing a composite antibacterial biochar nano material and preparing the spinning fiber based on the composite antibacterial biochar nano material. In the composite antibacterial biochar nanomaterial, the photonic crystal can broaden the frequency domain of visible light absorption, and can improve the absorption efficiency of visible light such as sunlight.
