The gradient coating comprises a transition layer and a working layer which are connected with each other and arranged in sequence, the transition layer is supersonic electric arc spraying metal ceramic; the working layer is made of a cold-spraying thermocuring fluorine modified organic composite material, the contact angle of the coating to high-temperature medium-melting dirt is larger than 90 degrees, the good anti-scaling performance is achieved, and the total heat transfer performance of the water cooling wall can be enhanced by 0.3%-34%.
