The bismuth removal agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of calcium magnesium alloy, 2-4 parts of pseudo-boehmite, 1-3 parts of sodium carbonate, 1-2 parts of sodium sulfate, 3-5 parts of fluorite powder and 2-3 parts of borax. The mass fraction of calcium in the calcium-magnesium alloy is 15-30%. The blocky bismuth removal agent is obtained by preheating the bismuth removal agent, the bismuth removal agent is immersed in lead liquid by using a cage, the characteristic that pseudo-boehmite is decomposed to generate water molecules and form porous gamma-aluminum oxide under a high-temperature condition is utilized, and other components in the bismuth removal agent are matched, so that a relatively high bismuth removal effect can be achieved; and meanwhile, the slag amount is remarkably reduced, the lead recovery rate is improved, |
