Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of biology, in particular to an SNP site and a KASP marker related to barley husk naked characters. According to the method, 183 barley variety materials in a Shanghai barley germplasm resource collection library are analyzed by using a GBS technology, and the genetic diversity of the barley variety materials is researched. The whole genome association research is used for analyzing the locus of the nude skin character, so that more evidence is provided for the assumption that a new locus for controlling the character possibly exists. The KASP marker is developed on the basis of the SNP marker related to the naked barley husk character, and a new tool is provided for marker-assisted selective breeding of naked barley in Shanghai.
本发明涉及生物技术领域,具体是与大麦皮裸性状相关的SNP位点及KASP标记。本发明使用GBS技术对上海大麦种质资源收集库里的总共183个大麦品种材料进行分析,并研究其遗传多样性。利用全基因组关联研究分析皮裸性状的位点,从而为可能存在控制该性状的新位点的假设提供更多证据。本发明基于与大麦皮裸性状相关的SNP标记,开发了KASP标记,为上海裸大麦的标记辅助选择育种提供新工具。 |
