The site combination comprises a WMF1 site to a WMF6 site. When the site combination provided by the invention is used for identifying the Wumongphoenix chicken resources, as long as one SNP site genotype does not conform to the corresponding genotype of the Wumongphoenix chicken, the individual can be completely excluded from belonging to the Wumongphoenix chicken; and if the six SNP site combinations all conform to the genotype of the WuMongolian Fengfeng chicken, determining that the individual belongs to the Wumongolian Fengfeng chicken.
