Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of plant genetic engineering, in particular to application of an inhibitor in increasing the size of tomato fruits and a tomato breeding method. The embodiment of the invention provides application of an inhibitor in increasing the size of tomato fruits. The inhibitor inhibits expression of an SlMYB64 gene. And/or the inhibitor reduces the activity or content of the encoding protein of the SlMYB64 gene.
