Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a paecilomyces hepialid nutrition segmentation fed-batch fermentation method. A fermentation culture medium is divided into two parts, one part serves as a substrate culture medium to be put into a fermentation tank at a time when fermentation begins, and the other part serves as a nutrient supplement part to be fed from fermentation for 12 h to fermentation completion. 0.1%-0.4% of high free nucleotide yeast hydrolysate and 0.3%-0.6% (volume fraction) of organic acid compound liquid are additionally added into the fed-batch culture medium.
