Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of thermal interface materials, in particular to a gallium-based liquid metal composite thermal interface material based on intermetallic compound enhanced heat transfer and a preparation method of the gallium-based liquid metal composite thermal interface material. The composite thermal interface material comprises gallium-based liquid metal and intermetallic compound particles.
