Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant epoxy coating which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 1-5 parts of carbon nanotubes, 5-10 parts of short carbon fibers, 10-20 parts of silicon carbide powder, 80-150 parts of a dimethylformamide solvent, 100-200 parts of epoxy resin, 100-200 parts of a curing agent and 1-2 parts of a flatting agent. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant epoxy coating. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out surface modification on the carbon nanotubes, the silicon carbide and the short carbon fibers; preparing a carbon nanotube/short carbon fiber/silicon carbide composite modified epoxy coating; and preparing the corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant epoxy coating by using the composite modified epoxy coating.
