The method comprises the following steps: taking a temperature-sensitive gelatin supramolecular polymer and oxidized hyaluronic acid as a matrix, and constructing the temperature-responsive gelatin/hyaluronic acid supramolecular hydrogel of a bionic extracellular matrix component based on a hydrophobic self-assembled stable quadruple hydrogen bond and Schiff base synergistic crosslinking strategy. The supramolecular hydrogel has the advantages of rapid sol-gel transition, good self-repairing performance and good mechanical toughness. The material has the advantages of convenience in use, simplicity in operation, small surgical injury, biosafety and the like, and can be applied to the fields of tissue engineering, drug delivery, cell therapy, tumor immunotherapy and the like.
