Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a micro-channel preparation method of o-nitrobenzaldehyde, and relates to the field of medicine synthesis, the method comprises the following steps: taking o-nitrotoluene as a raw material and liquid bromine as a bromine source, under the initiation of a catalyst, continuously carrying out a substitution reaction through a micro-channel reactor to generate o-nitrobenzyl bromide; hydrolyzing o-nitrobenzyl bromide in a carbonate solution to form o-nitrobenzyl alcohol; and continuously oxidizing through the micro-channel reactor to obtain o-nitrobenzaldehyde. The o-nitrobenzaldehyde is prepared by using the micro-channel reactor, the raw materials are cheap and easy to obtain, the operation is simple, the process is simple, and the reaction time is greatly shortened. The preparation method is short in period, simple in process and suitable for industrial production.
