Comprising an anti-seepage structure arranged on the surface layer of a waste rock pile, a flood intercepting ditch arranged on the periphery of the waste rock pile, a blocking dam arranged on the downstream side of the waste rock pile and an acid wastewater in-situ treatment pond arranged on the downstream side of the blocking dam.
