Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a metal monatomic modified two-dimensional defect type tungsten oxide nano material and a preparation method and ultrasonic dynamic anti-tumor treatment application of the metal monatomic modified two-dimensional defect type tungsten oxide nano material. A two-dimensional WO3-x nanosheet with oxygen defects is prepared in a nitrogen atmosphere by using a calcination method, and then metal single atoms are uniformly deposited on the surface of the two-dimensional WO3-x nanosheet by using an atom deposition technology, so that the defect type tungsten oxide nano material modified by different metal single atoms is prepared. The synergistic effect between metal single atoms on the surface of the material and oxygen vacancy has excellent catalytic activity on ultrasonic-induced reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, and the generated ROS can quickly kill cancer cells.
