The invention discloses a rear spoiler and an automobile, the rear spoiler comprises a spoiler, a long shaft, an impeller and a cylinder, the bottom of the spoiler is provided with at least one pair of mounting plates, and the mounting plates are arranged in pairs; the long shaft is rotationally connected to all the mounting plates through bearings, the impellers and the cylinders are alternately arranged on the long shaft, and the impellers are located between the two paired mounting plates and configured to rotate anticlockwise under the driving of high-speed air; the cylinders are located on the outer sides of the two paired mounting plates, and high-speed air flows through the cylinders which synchronously rotate anticlockwise to generate downward acting force; wingtip sails are arranged at the two ends of the spoiler, generators are arranged on the inner sides of the wingtip sails, and the two ends of the long shaft are connected with two generator shafts respectively; a plurality of rows of flow guide p
