The flux-cored wire comprises an outer skin and a flux core filled in the outer skin, and the flux core comprises, by mass, 75%-78% of high-carbon ferrochrome, 5%-8% of atomized iron powder, 2%-3% of manganese metal, 0.5%-1% of ferrotitanium, 9%-10% of graphite, 3%-5% of ferrovanadium and 1%-2% of boron carbide. The flux-cored wire has the advantages of being stable in welding arc, easy in slag removal, smooth in wire feeding, good in post-welding effect, good in hardness and excellent in impact resistance, is applied to the fan blade, and can be used for strengthening and repairing the surface of the blade and prolonging the service life of the blade.
