Drug for resisting Marek's disease virus, taraxasterol or ferulic acid and application of taraxasterol or ferulic acid in drug preparation

The invention provides a medicine for inhibiting Marek's disease virus, which comprises an MDV049 protease inhibitor and/or a US3 protein kinase inhibitor, and the medicine comprises taraxasterol or ferulic acid which is used independently or jointly. According to the application disclosed by the invention, replication of Marek's disease viruses is inhibited through single or combined medication of taraxasterol or ferulic acid, the MDV049 protease inhibitor is taraxasterol, and the US3 protein kinase inhibitor is ferulic acid. An enzyme activity experiment for inhibiting virus coding, a drug toxicity experiment on a CEF cell level, a virus CPE inhibition experiment and a chicken MD model experiment prove that independent and combined medication of taraxasterol and ferulic acid can effectively inhibit replication of Marek's disease viruses and generation of chicken MD tumors.
