The electrodialysis device is a second electrodialysis device (20) in which sample ultrapure water is introduced into the first generation chamber (27), a high-purity nitric acid aqueous solution is introduced into the second generation chamber (28), and concentrated water for analysis is taken out from the second generation chamber (28).
