Method for identifying protein coding sequence by using DNA barcode

A method is provided for distinguishing the relationship between a unique user designed and/or randomly synthesized DNA barcode and a region of interest of protein-encoding mutations, with improved accuracy, which is suitable for short read length sequencing platforms.
