Method and implantable prosthesis for anatomical reconstruction and/or expansion

An implantable prosthesis including a tissue permeable body of biocompatible material, the prosthesis having a body with a three-dimensional configuration to enlarge and/or reconstruct the anatomical shape of a human breast. The body includes a plurality of body sections stacked on top of each other about a longitudinal axis extending in a direction from a proximal end to a distal end of the prosthesis.
