The adaptive method comprises the following steps: step 1, building a photovoltaic power generation system model according to physical characteristics of a photovoltaic power generation system; step 2, establishing an LCL type grid-connected inverter comprising a phase-locked loop and a network voltage proportion feedforward, and completing conversion from direct current to alternating current through an inverter control strategy so as to realize grid connection of the system; 3, introducing a nonlinear dynamic change coefficient, arithmetic crossover and a natural selection strategy to improve a traditional particle swarm optimization algorithm, and forming an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm; and step 4, carrying out adaptive optimization on PID controller parameters through an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm.
