The tree age judgment method comprises the following steps that an X-ray tomography image passing through a standing tree is obtained; performing gray value processing on the X-ray tomography image to obtain a to-be-recognized image; and inputting the to-be-identified image into a trained depth model to obtain the age of the to-be-judged tree. According to the method, the X-ray tomography image of the standing tree is obtained, then prediction is carried out through a depth model, and nondestructive testing is achieved. 本发明公开了一种树龄判断方法及设备,包括以下步骤：获取经活立木的X光断层扫描图像；对所述X光断层扫描图像进行灰度值处理，得到待识别图像；将所述待识别图像输入已经训练完成的深度模型中，得到待判断树木的树龄。其通过获得活立木的X光断层扫描图像，进而通过深度模型进行预测，实现无损检测。
